Why Mayo Clinic The Department of Anesthesiology is seeking a CRNA to join a growing CRNA only practice at Mayo Clinic Health System in Menomonie, WI. The CRNA will be joining a team of four Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists. This position is also unique in that it offers the opportunity to practice independently and see a broad case mix that includes General Surgery, OB/GYN, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Ophthalmology, and Urology. Competitive Total Compensation & Benefits Package:
Competitive salary (base salary approximately $190,000 - $224,000) $20,000 sign-on bonus, paid with first paycheck $16,000 to $20,000 relocation bonus (based on distance moving, payable with your first paycheck) Accrue up to 28 days of Paid Time Off per year, which can be carried over from year-to-year. An advance of 40 hours of Paid Time Off loaded into your account for CRNAs with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
